Although the family has some great ideas on how to go about the old house, I think it’s best for us to get an expert advise. Since restructuring will take a lot of time and resources maybe it’s best we seek a property management consultant first like that of Maxim Enterprises who knows the best way to preserve a property like estimates on damage estimates, lock repairs, mold remidiation, roof repair, lawn maintenance, allowing access and more.
I think we need to step back a little about the apartment complex and have one apartment built at a time since we will be leaving all of our stuff except our clothes, my computer, the fridge, the big couch and a tv will be moving out with us.
