Last November 26, 2009, in participation with Yehey and Magsaysay Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts, Anchor brought you the spectacular food battle of 2009 – Connoisseur Duels: The Grand Food Battle. There were two competitive teams of bloggers, both equipped with perseverance and the gift of exquisite taste, challenged themselves to prepare a 3-course meal that will bring out the most unique dish using the secret ingredient – Anchor Products.
The yellow team won, my team of course haha. I was glad to be a part of it because I became a Chef de Partie for a day.
We were informed that we will be featured in Anchor’s website and today there it was and I was in there. Kewl. Haha.
