FOTD: My First Video Makeup Tutorial: Fresh & Radiant Look

Today, I am debuting my first ever makeup video tutorial that I’ve been meaning to do for a long time. I made a very simple look that screams fresh and radiant , which represents what I feel for the  new year 2013. This is a no-talk 6 minute makeup tutorial, I hope you all will like it and find it useful too.

My first ever video makeup tutorial features a lot of luminous and shimmery makeup products that some people are afraid to use because it is too glossy almost close to looking oily and greasy but after this look I created I hope it will make you think otherwise and embrace the beauty of shimmery makeup products.

The Video

Recording the video was easy, I used my HTC Sensation fone for this. I placed it in between a mirror and me so I can see me while doing my makeup and I can see that I am registering right in the cam. Editing took awhile, about 3 hours. My raw video was 12 min 59 seconds originally but now its just 6 min 30 secs. I had fun editing though. Uploading it to YouTube was the most tedious one, in fact I fell asleep waiting for it to finish. Doing the vid was fun! I hope to make more for my dear readers, hopefully I can make at least 1 video a month!

So, did you watch my makeup tutorial video? I hope so! What did you think of it?

Stay gorgeous everyone!

  1. Coming from you Sai I’m so kilig haha! Thanks much sis! See you soon! 🙂

  2. Great job for a first-timer! 🙂 I agree that Youtube’s uploading speed can be quite annoying! May that doesn’t stop you from creating more makeup tutorial vids, Miss Earth!
