When they say love the skin you are in it doesn’t mean you have to make do of what you have and not do anything with it.  You have to take care of it, nurture it and find the best product that suits your skin type and  lifestyle.

Endorsing one product and reviewing another brand are two different things.  When you review a product you don’t necessarily endorse it you just want to find out if its good for you or not.  When you endorse a product it means you actually use it and believe in it to actually recommend it to people.
