There’s two ways of going with your lip color to make a statement, to go bold with bright colors or go bare with nudes. When MAKE UP FOR EVER Rouge Artist collection was launched recently, I was more attracted to the bold colors from the Rouge Artist Intense collection like the bright reds, intense orange and deep purple and pinks. However there were nice nude lipstick shades as well from the Rouge Artist Natural collection that you can pair with bold eye makeup such as this one that I got the N22 shade.
- Because my skin tone is very tan, the N22 shade looked kinda light pink on me. I think the shade will be better for those with fair skin tone.
- To make the lipstick work for tanned skin like me its best to wear a dark or bold eye shadow color so as to avoid the washed-out look.
- The lipstick is semi-gloss and very avant-garde
- I think shade is good on the runway!
