Last May 14, 2009 another SM Hypermart formally opens with their suppliers, VIP clients, friends from the media and some bloggers to witness the event. A mass kicked off the opening where SM founder Henry Sy himself was present, Kim Chu was beside him while having a tour around the store, while Marian Rivera seated beside him while having a snack after the blessing. Mandaluyong Mayor Benjur Abalos, Jodie Santa Maria and Valerie Conception was also present in the affair.
The opening was indeed grand with a lot of buy-1-take-1 offers that include a pack of rice, ponds age miracle cream, fruit juices, milk, chocolates and a lot more. One of the hit items was the Gardenia breads. The supplier was delighted to see how the Gardenia girls can hardly manage to re-stock their shelves since every time they put a new one somebody would grab it immediately. Ceelin was also a hit especially for moms like me.
There are so many items I would like to buy but then again it would be inconvenient for me to carry all those stuff since I don’t have a car.
