It’s been 9 days since I used the Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser (Wave) and so far I am loving it. It was true to it’s claim that you will immediately notice the difference the first time you use it. My skin felt softer and smoother, probably because of the instant exfoliation effect of the foaming pads it did for the face.
Follow the instructions when using this gadget. Attach the disposable foaming pad to the head splash some water and turn it on and massage over the face. Avoid the eye area because the foam/cleanser kinda stings a bit. Try to use the Wave once a day preferably at night especially if you apply heavy make-up or expose yourself to sun and dirt the whole day.
Your fingers can not do the same effect as this chic and trendy facial cleansing gadget can do. Above photo shows a used (left) and unused foam cleansing pad (right). It shows the dirt it was able to take off my face! Amazing!
The starter kit of Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser packaging comes with the machine and two packs of foaming cleanser pads with 7 pieces each (14 pads total) and a double A battery. So you are good to use this for 2 weeks. It’s been 9 days and the battery that comes along it is still working fine!
When you run out of foaming pads from your starter kit you can purchase a Wave refill pack that comes with 30 pieces of foaming pad and attachment head replacement for the Wave.
Replacing the attachment head is a breeze just lift that tab and your good to go.
Summary:
The machine is water resistant and very durable. The pads are effective at sweeping away dead skin cells and remove dirt. The tingly coal foam penetrated deep into pores. The gentle vibrating motion stimulates skin’s surface. The PhP 575.00 or just a little over $12 for a starter kit is worth it and the PhP 400.00 (a little over $8) for the refill pack is very reasonable. I definitely recommend this to everyone and not just women as they are not sensitive or allergic to the composition of the cleansing foam: glycerin, sodium laureth sulfate, PEG-8, Cocamido-propyl Betaine, Decyl Clucoside, Lauryl Methy Gluceth-10, Hydroxypropyldimonium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Citric Acid, Salicylic Acid, Menthol.
