So when I got these YSL (Yves Saint Laurent) Lip Glosses from one of my balikbayan BFF I was very excited to use it ASAP. I’ve been using it since I got it and I’m very much happy about it. No wonder it’s one of YSL Beauty best seller product.
A high shine lip gloss with real 24-carat-gold flecks. Yves Saint Laurent Golden Gloss Shimmering Lip Gloss is the ultimate in beauty luxury. This gloss forms a mirror-effect on the lips with sparkling gold mother-of-pearl. It has a complex of nourishing oils (nigelle and cameline oils) protects the lips while providing total comfort. It contains 0.2% of 24-carat gold.

- I love the super high gloss it gives on the lips, it makes your lips looks very plump and juicy.
- I love that the gloss is very pigmented.
- It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy on the lips.
- Unscented and doesn’t taste like wax
- The high shine / gloss doesn’t get easily removed. I’m actually surprised that it contains real gold specks! No wonder the super shine!
- There’s nothing to dislike about this product except its a bit pricey
Do I recommend it?
Of course! If you have a lot of cash to spare then I suggest you get one or two or three shades that you can use alternately. You can actually use this on top of your regular lipstick for added shine and plump. It comes in 55 shades so I’m sure there’s one that will match the shade of your favorite lipstick. But its also good to go on its own because color pay-off is really good.
