FOTD: Camilla Belle Inspired Look

Bushy but trimmed thick eyebrows from the 1980’s (as popularized by Brooke Shields) made a comeback this year. I was trying to look for a makeup up look I can wear whenever I go to events and I stumbled upon Camilla Belle’s look that I think I can pull-off especially with my lob hairdo.

My inspiration for this look

The look I came up with:

Makeup products I used to create this look:

IMAG9332-1

Clockwise:  Makeup Factory Brow Intensifier 5,  K-Palette 2 Way Lasting Eyebrow Tattoo Brown,  Collection Cosmetics Liquid Eyeliner Black, Collection Cosmetics Super Size Fat Lash Mascara, Collection Cosmetics Multiplier Volume & Definition Mascara, Revlon PhotoReady  Powder Medium,  Benefit Cosmetics FakeUp Medium,  PAC Glossy Lipstick Dear Rose,   Collection Cosmetics cover & Go Natural, Collection Cosmetics Blush Bashful, PAC Matte Eye Shadow Refill No. M10

How to do it:

  • Apply the Cover & Go Foundation all over the face
  • Use Fake Up to hide the dark circles around the eye area and areas on your face with dark spots and blemishes
  • Using the Eyebrow Intensifier draw the frame for the size of the eyebrow you want to achieve

  • Fill it up using the Eyebrow Tattoo liquid brow and powder brow. (If you have eyebrow mascara it will be way much better as it will add more texture to your eyebrow)
  • Using the Matte Eyeshadow apply color on your eyelids up to the crease only, make the color much darker on the outer colors (create a tiny triangle)
  • Apply liquid eyeliner close to your lashes and make the color more intense at the outer corners up to one-fourth size of your eyes.
  • Apply three coats of mascara  (lashes will be way much fuller with a falsies but if you don’t have any three coats of mascara can do the trick for fuller and longer lashes)

  • With tapping (not brushing) strokes apply blush from apple of your cheeks all the way to the temple.
  • Fill your lips with the lipstick
  • Finish off by tapping (not brushing) using a contour/powder brush) of powder to seal the look.

Viola!
