You need to stop eating too much (portion wise and oil wise). You need to get yourself moving by exercising and you need to start watching what you eat (not necessarily calorie count.

Century Tuna unveiled the My Road to Superbods website www.centurytuna.ph/superbodschallenge an online portal that will guide you through a 6 week daily diet and workout plan on the road to your personal transformation as Superbods.

My Road to Superbods

The webside has two components: The Century Tuna Superbods Meal Plan by top dietitian Nadine Tengco, and the Century Tuna Superbods Workout Plan by Coach Jim Saret.

On the Meal Plan Page, Nadine will share recipes that everyone can folllw. -some of which include Century Tuna products that is known to have Omega 3 which help burn body fat, shrink abdominal fat cells and stop certain genes that trigger inflammation on belly fat, in addition to promoting a healthy heart.

On the Workout Plan page, Coach Jim Saret will upload his 6-week workouy challenge schedule, which combines aerobic, cardovascular, weight trainjng and stretching exercises, among others.

The best part about the we site is all workout and meal plan is downloadable so you can still play and follow it even if you don’t have internet!

The website is a run-up to the Century Tuna Superbods Super Challenge that will be held on April 25-27,2014 in Boracay.

For this competition, Century Tuna gathers male and females between 18-35 years old with a fit body and passion for healthy lifestyle. Celebrities also flock to the event, which promises fun acrivities, parties, freebkes and treats for beach lovers.

I’m no longer in the age bracket (lol) but getting a Superbod knows no age as long as you have the desire to be fit and healthy.
