If I was the mom of that special child who was discriminated by that ignorant staff of Cebu Pacific I will not accept their apology. I want to see that staff suspended if not removed from his/her post and have them met the punishment as stated in Republic Act 9442 or the Magna Carta for Disabled Person, which is not less than 6 months in jail and not lower than P50,000 – P100,000 fine for their first offense. I hope that they will impose this law strictly so others will not follow the lead of this ignorant staff of Cebu Pacific and their discriminative airline rules and regulations. I do hope that they will retrain their staff. There’s no compromise for me.
