Since it was a rainy Sunday,I decided not to go out today and enjoy all the Korean beauty products my sister brought from her trip. The Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask was one of the items I was excited to try out immediately. I heard so many good things about it and not just being a pore cleansing mask but also to clear out breakouts. I think there’s something good about volcanic ashes/lava ingredient like hot mud or mudpack that lured me in. Here’s my experience using the product and what I think of it.

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask contains 6,000mg of Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay. Super volcanic pore™ absorbs sebum more strongly to cleanse sebum and impurities of pores. It contains Volcanic capsule that exfoliates skin. Cooling clay cleanses inside pores clearly. Adjusts skin texture and tightens pores.

Afte cleanings, apply skin tone to refine skin texture and gently smooth this over entire face avoiding the eyes and lips area. After 10 minutes gently roll using fingertips to rinse off with lukewarm water.

- I love the cooling sensation while the clay mask is on my face. The cool feeling starts when you apply and while it is on.
- It feels while its on it doesn’t stretches the skin or make it feel sticky or greasy.
- Removing was a bit tricky as if you expect you can peel it off you can’t it doesn’t harden or dry after 10 minutes.
- It was tricky to remove the mask but not as hard as a regular clay mask. It does not get dry so you can peel it off you have to rub and scrub and use lukewarm, not straight from the faucet or cool water temp.
- As soon as you dry off your skin you will feel that all the dirt and impurities on your pores have been lifted and removed.
- Skin feels really soft and supple and light.
- It tightens pores and skin after. I feel my skin was getting pulled much so I think you still need to put on a good moisturizer after altho I didn’t see any instruction of the need to.
Do I recommend the Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask?
I do. Very Much. If you have large clogged pores, Blackheads, Oily skin and Acne this product is good for you. You can actually use this for overnight treatment to breakouts just apply small amount to the area where the pimple is and wash it off the next day. It is highly recommended to use this twice a week.
How about you, have you tried this product yet? How was it for you?
Stay gorgeous everyone!

I’ve only tried using a clay mask once, and it broke me out pa! >.< Anyway, thanks for this review sis. I definitely fit the category of oily skin, and I have issued with pores and blackheads too, so will definitely try this out. Will have to check where I can buy one and for how much first. ^^
whoah! will try this soon when im done with my missha’s blackhead thingy. but using this kind of product is like vulcanizing your face. hehehe, intimidating eh?
ohmyyyy i heard tons of good reviews of this product.Might as well purchase it!
not just like! i love it! 🙂
I guess the difference between this and the Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask (which I’m using) is the cooling sensation. I swear by Innisfree’s Pore Clay Mask and I’m glad you liked this one. 🙂
