LA Colors Cosmetics is one of the imported yet inexpensive makeup brands I have encountered from the U.S. The product was imported by Sprint Asia Beauty here in the Philippines. I love this brand because they offer a lot of shades of eye and lip makeup that you can hoard as many palette and shade as you want.

This review is dedicated on three (3) LA Colors Metallic Eye Shadow Palette: Eye Shadow Palettes, the Devious, Desert Dune and Wildflower

- I love all three color palettes, color combinations are adventurous and playful.
- Pigmentation is really nice.
- Works on wet or dry application.
- Because the colors are metallic it is a bit shimmery but the shimmer is tolerable
- There’s a tendency for the color to crease or transfer but if you use the right eye shadow primer the color will stay put and will last longer.

I highly recommend the LA Colors Metallic Eye Shadow palettes. At Php169.00 per palette you can already play with a lot of color option for your adventurous makeup explorations.
If you are new to the world of makeup, I suggest you explore on the cheaper brands first before buying the expensive ones. It will be a lot easier to experiment with inexpensive brands and you can be generous with the color application. You can practice a lot of look or techniques with the cheaper makeup brands first. You can invest on the expensive makeup brands later when you become a master and decide to enroll in a makeup class to get that certificate that will earn you the makeup artist title.
How about you? Have you tried LA Colors before? What is your favorite makeup item from them?
Like LA Colors Philippines for more promos and updates!
I will be creating an FOTD with one of the palette soon! I think I’d like to use Wildflower! Stay tuned!
Stay gorgeous everyone!

Hi
love your review about L.A Colors, akala ko mahal to affordable pala
saan ako pwedeng makabili ng L.A Colors Cosmetics? Meron ba sa mga mall?? ^_^
yes meron sa malls and very affirdable lang sha
I had been wanting to get a pttleae for some time, I do makeup for people every once in a while and I wanted something that was small and compact but still offered a good variety of colors. I just got the 120 color 2nd edition a few days ago had have been toying around with it. First of all it was shipped very well and nothing at all was broken inside, I was shocked. It looks good and the design is functional. There are some good colors and the shimmers work well but first and for most you HAVE to use a eyeshadow primer with it! If you don’t the colors look cheap and lifeless. So far I haven’t gotten any of the mattes to blend at all. But the metallic and shimmer colors have been working very well. So if you can live without the mattes I would say just get BH cosmetics 88 shimmer pttleae because the mattes definitely a fail.
I have the dessert dune palette!
Love it to bits though I haven’t used it in quite a while. Anyway, these palettes are really impressive especially for their price! ^^ And I definitely agree that with cheaper eyeshadows, we can be really generous with application..

I will tell my makeup artist friend about LA Colors Philippines. He’s a sucker for colors!
I bought one eye shadow before. I really like LA Colors because they’re inexpensive yet effective. Not like the other brands na “humuhulas” agad because they’re cheap.
I like the desert dune and wildflower palettes. Wanna see these colors on you!
I have their lip liner in metallic lilac. I might do a review on it. I like the devious palette among them.
thanks for the awesome review… I always thought that LA Colors is an expensive venture, but I was wrong.. it’s pretty much affordable.
