The first time I ever understood about the different taste of chocolate was the Chocolate Appreciation Seminar I attended at Heavenly Chocolates a couple months ago. It was enlightening for me to be able to taste different sorts of chocolate and notice the difference in their taste. Who would have known that once someone educated about these stuff enlightens you you will now be able to distinguish a Belgian, Swiss and South American type of chocolate.
I honestly thought that all chocolate are the same and that those I find in the supermarket are the best tasting chocolate in the world. I was wrong. Gourmet Dark Chocolate are the best.
