Now I know why our OPM artist, especially Kuh Ledesma was going crazy with her silly suggestions the other day at Umagang Kay Ganda, saying that the government should ban International artist from performing in the Philippines on and every February of every year. Super huge international artist are coming for a concert this month and that means less to nil “raket” for them this Valentines season.
One of the biggest artist that will be coming to the country in February aside from Taylor Swift is no less than the Janet Jackson!
Janet Jackson’s concert in Manila is set on February 4, 2011 at PICC Plenary Hall in Roxas Blvd. This will kick off the Asian leg of her Number Ones: Up Close and Personal World Tour where she is expected to sing 35 of her number one hits in 35 global cities. Some songs on the list includes “Rhythm Nation”“Let’s Wait Awhile, “Miss You Much,” “If”, “Again”, “Escapade,” “Runaway,” and “Doesn’t Really Matter.”
A song will be dedicated to each of the 35 cities in the world Janet Jackson will perform for her world tour and will will recognize 20 young people whose lives and work have enriched their communities in a major way around the world.

I’ve been to her concerts before and it was AWESOME… I’ll probably see her again in NY on March 19.
I have a lot of Janet J favorites. I like “Together Again” and “All For You”, but the oldest which I like the most is “That’s The Way Love Goes”. Too bad the tickets are very expensive and she’s coming the same month when we are scheduled for a family trip abroad. Waahh!
