Yes, there’s an exercise machine for the Face that promises to delay the appearance of the signs of aging on your face like sagging, drooping jaw lines, wrinkles and skin dullness. Sounds promising right? But would you try it?
Exercising the face is kinda hard to do. I’m sure you’ve seen somewhere where someone would make face like fish face and then karate chop her cheeks. It is doable and yes you will look silly doing it, does it work? Maybe after doing it for periods of time and you don’t get lazy doing it everyday.
You can get facials, diamond peels, or even botox, the last option is kinda expensive though.
Anyway, I got acquainted with the exercise machine for the face, the Slendertone Face, UK’s number 1 facial toning device according to GFK Well Being Report Facial Toning & Cleansing Devices last March 2015.
Slendertone Face is said to tone the muscles and lift the face. It uses clinically proven electronic muscle stimulation (EMS) technology which sends pulses to the facial muscles to activate the body’s natural muscle movement.
With all that said, I just have to try it out myself.
I only used it once for 20 minutes with an intensity 23 and we’ll I feel my facial muscles tighten like I exercised it for the first time. The feeling is like when you do crunches and you go beyond your limits and your ability muscle tightens and you feel sore in the area. That feeling but I felt it on the jaw cheek area where the Slendertone Face was placed.
Slendertone Face has two types of program for Lift and Radiance. I tried the lift program which purpose is to firm facial muscles, tightening and smoothen in the overlaying skin for a more youthful look and feel. This lift program should be done for 12 weeks to visibly see the effects.
