As soon as I got to the event venue, it was as if I was transported somewhere else. Girls in colorful dresses greeted us while the marching band beat their instruments to the beat of a festive play.
Colorful scarves were given to the ladies to put on as a turban/ head dress. While the male guest were given a sombrero. Since I don’t know how, we got some tutorial (which I can show you some other time how!).
The first J CO concept store in Kidzania Manila BCG was dressed up in a festive theme as well with colorful garlands li and pinata like balls scattered all over the venue the venue.
And of course a display of the Columbian Coffee Beans and J CO Premium Coffee Beans which is what the event is all about.
The festive vibe was to usher in J Coffee Premium in the Philippines starting off with the #JCOlumbian Premium Coffee .
J CO is not just a doughnut shop my friends, if you have seen my previous post about J CO before, you can see how their J Cochinno is a favorite. The there’s also the Cafe Avocado and Coconut Mocha Frappe which was also loved by Filipino consumers who love to try something new.
This month, J CO introduces the first installment of the J Coffee Premium line collection starting with the J CO Premium Columbian Coffee using J CO premium Columbian Coffee beans.
Mr. Putra Andrean, the head of J.Coffee specialist in Indonesia was even at the event to talk about the story of J COffee (it was his father who started the business by the way) and why they choose Columbian Coffee as the first J Coffee Premium Line.
“We don’t only specialize in dougnuts but we also specialize in coffee, ” Mr. Andrean said as he demonstrated how J.CO makes their coffee!
Columbian Coffee has a milk aroma, and a hint of nuttiness, making it a favorite among coffee connoisseurs, and appreciated by non-regular coffee drinkers. Color is light and taste is light.
With the festive Columbian vibe at the event, we were ask to design our own J COffee Mug. Everyone was delighted to create their own design, it was like playing Colorfy only with a mug. It was actually a designing competition which I did not win because mine was like a kids coloring book! Hahaha!
Anyway, I still feel like a winner as the mug we designed will be ours for the taking after a few days of baking to keep the design intact and forever! Haha !
J Co Premium Columbian Coffee is now available at J CO stores in Mall of Asia, Eastwood, SM North EDSA, Glorietta 2, Araneta Center Shopwise, Forbestown Center, Park Triangle, and Market! Market!
