FOTD: Eye Wear My Flag Proud Filipino Independence Day

Despite of the loss of Manny Pacman Pacquiao in his just concluded fight with Timothy Bradley, I am still proud of all the achievements he did in the world of boxing. I am still a proud Filipino and I love my heritage. This Tuesday, June 12, 2012, our country will be celebrating its 114th Philippine Independence Day . To celebrate this day I created an eye makeup look with the Philippine Independence Day as a theme my Eye Wear My Flag Proud eye makeup look!

Here are the eye makeup I used for this look:

L-R: Shu Uemura Color Atelier Palette in Vivid Red and Vivid Blue,  Revlon ColorStay 16 Hour Eyeshadow Quad (white),  Dream Girl Uptown Girl Glitter Liquid Eyeliner in white and Avon Dual Ended Eye shadow plus Eye liner in Sunshine 

Step by Step guide in creating the Eye Wear My Flag Proud Filipino Independence Day eye makeup look

Step 1: Get a masking tape and stick on the sides of your eyes.

Make sure to put the edge of the tape on the corner of your eyes slanted upwardsStep 2: Color the top of your lids with blue eyeshadow

Step 3: Stick another tape slanted downwards the corner of your eye and color the lower part of your eyes closest to the waterline with red eye shadow color.

Step 4: Remove the tape and fill the triangle part with white eye shadow

Step 5: Draw small stars or dots at each corner of the white triangle using gold glittery eye liner

Tada! The Eye Wear My Flag Proud eye makeup look for Independence day!

 

Finish the look by adding some blush and a light pink lip color. Your eye makeup is already loud so you need to tone down on the lip color.
