A sweet goodbye and an awesome final day wrap up as the Manila Mavericks ended the 3rd day of the Manila leg of the International Premiere Tennis League (IPTL) with a big win!
Highlights for the night include:
- Andy Murray finally winning his IPTL Manila leg Singles Match! With an amazing match played with Hewitt! Great play and parlay!
- The Mens Double was an exciting match to watch as both players from the Singapore Slammers and Manila Mavericks were showing power game and game plan. I think the Huey and Tsonga is the team to beat in men’s doubles. They have never lost a game since day 1!
- Serena Williams appearance made the crowd go wild! The US open Champion of course won the Women’s Single against Kirsten Flipkens. But Flipkens gave a gokd fight and well it was expected that Williams should win coz shes a champion!
- IPTL organizers promised they will be back next year! Woohoo!
While Maria Sharapova or Ana Ivanovoc was not seen at the 3rd day for the men to feast on (haha) Female audience were happy (including me) with lota of male eye candies on court that night!
