My Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening Experience

I have to say that going through Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening is the best makeover I have ever signed up for myself. I recommend everyone to try this out theirselves. It is worth every penny and you can definitely flash a lot of big smiles anywhere you go, whoever you meet.

Here is a short instagram video of me #EG360 that will show how white my teeth are more than a week after Philips Zoom

Think about this, most of us save for a new gadget, a vacation out-of-town or out-of-the-country, or even for vanity stuff like signature shoes/bags/clothes, hair perming or rebonding, body contouring and even skin whitening. But there is rarely anyone you hear who saves up for major oral health care and vanity like teeth whitening.

Most might say teeth whitening is an expensive procedure, and I concur. But if you can save for the stuff I mentioned above then why not this.

What is Philip Zoom?

Well there are two types: the on chair side whitening treatment that can be only done by an accredited dentist with the Philips Zoom machine and the at home treatment Zoom DayWhite and Nite White.

I was super lucky that Philips approached me to try the treatment myself and they made me try both.

The Philips Zoom Chair Side Whitening

“Patients have different needs when it comes to whitening, and Philips Zoom is expertly designed to address these needs,” Me-Ann achacoso, Philips Consumer Lifestyle Business Development Manager for Health and Wellneds explains. “Many patients request their dentist to use Philips Zoom. In fact, over 10 million patients have already used Zoom to achieve brighter, healthier smiles.”

Philips Zoom is the only chair side whitening system that has variable intensity setting so each treatment can be customized to maximize patient comfort. The procedure also includes desensitizers to help minimize sensitivity and protect your enamel.

This dentist-supervised procedure is safe, effective and clinically proven to whiten up to eight shades in just one visit.

The treatment takes about 1 and a half hour if you want or can take the four full cycles. The dentist who did the treatment to me said most can only take 3 cycles. I guess I have high tolerance to pain plus the relief gel and ponstan before treatment helped.

Yes there is slight pain actually sharp and intermittent kind of pain more known as “ngilo” but tolerable with the relief gels used by the dentist. There is a takehome gel too so no need to worry about it when you leave the dentist.

Look at my teeth! 8 shades whiter in an hour! Amazing! I love it to bits!

Philips Zoom Home Whitening Treatment

“For whitening at home, Philips offer Zoom DayWhite and NiteWhite,” Achacoso informs. “These products can whiten teeth in seven to 14 days. Moreover, they are the only at-home whitening products to contain amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP), which is clinically proven to reduce sensitivity, protect enamel and help improve the luster and smoothness of the teeth.”

Zoom at-home whitening products are completely customizable. Your dentist creates a custom tray made just f9or you and can tailor the formula concentration and wear times to your sensitivity and lifestyle.

To maintain white teeth between treatments, Philips recommends the Zoom Whitening Pen, which maintains whiteness with just two applications a day.

Absolutely.  An on chair treatment cost about Php20,000 to Php25,000 or higher depending on patients teeth condition.  Price can go higher to Php50,000 if teeth are badly stained specially to smokers. I’m glad I don’t smoke!

  1. That’s an amazing product to review and you’re very lucky to have experienced it. I need a Philips makeover too. I have yellowish teeth since I was little. It’s genetics.
