While the interwebs host a lot of information and sources for a particular subject such as hair or hair styling and haircare tips, one gets drowned easily with the information overload, or sometimes gets not so compatible search results. This is typical for Filipina women who search for hair care tips and find answers from someone from Europe who may recommend products that can’t be found in the country easily, or suggestions thatvdoesn’t work woth the type of weather we have.
With that in mind, Unilever launched All Things Hair Philippines, the country’s first online source for hair solutions and inspiration tailor fit for the modern Filipino men and women.
All Things Hair Philippines (ATH) is a YouTube Channel in collaboration between Unilever, Google and top Filipino vloggers that host video tutorials based on top hair related Google searches and make it personalized for Filipinos.
“Everyday thousands of Filipinos search for hair tips, tutorials, styles and inspiration. What better way to address them than to collaborate with the world’s top vloggers and hair brands to form an online destination for hair- solutions and inspirations,” said Thomas Poulain of Google Philippines.
Agoo Bengzon is the contributing editor for #AllThingsHairaPh with Angela Nepomuceno, Kelly Misa, Laureen Uy. Nicole Andersson. and James and Phil Younghusband as the resident Vloggers for the channel.
Aside from addressing hair solutions, ATH also recommends products and even allows people to buy said product at the channel. Of course product features global brands such as Dove, TRESemme, Toni & Guy, Cream Silk, Sunsilk and Clear.
Apples Aberin. PR Head for Unilever brands said. “At Unilever we are always looking for way to reach out to our consumers and come up with solutions for their every problem. We feel that this new video platform really great way to do it.”
