A Quick Trip To Nuvali

I had to admit that I was more excited at the quick trip to Nuvali than the tour at the Amherst plant in Laguna because the place was so much hyped about. I thought its a one big resort where one can have a relaxing day away from the city.

Well, it wasn’t a resort. Nuvali is the latest real-estate and commercial development project of Ayala Land at the CALABARZON area.  They dubbed the place as the Philippines’ First City of the Furture  – where one take a breath of fresh air from the current metropolises which is congested and polluted.

I heard that 50% of Nuvali’s 1,600 hectares land area will be dedicated on environmental sustainability meaning it will have more open and natural spaces in hopes to yield greater productivity and better work retention for residents of the CALABARZON area, no need to travel and work in Manila!

The place looks promising and I wish we fed some fishes had taken a ride on Nuvali’s water-taxi that roams around the man-made lake in the area.

We were at Nuvali’s visitors center situated around Nuvali’s four hectare multi-function lake. This was also their retail center hosting the places business and technology campus.

There are strings of restaurants and other businesses around the area where we had lunch our lunch at Conti’s and had a relaxing whole body massage at Indulgence Spa at the retail center of Nuvali.

From Manila, particularly the Ayala owned establishment, there is a privately managed bus service that can take you to and from Nuvali.

The place is so posh and what’s great is its less polluted because it has so much greenery around.  I love the lake the best and the hillside. If I win the lottery I might invest on a property there haha!

Stay gorgeous everyone!

The man made lake is so relaxing and our kids loves to play here.
