When I saw Derek Ramsay’s standees being set-up at the event venue, I can’t help myself but drool over his amazing physique. I even quipped to fellow bloggers I was with at the event “OMG! Ang Pandesal ni Derek ang sarap. Bagay na Bagay sa Century Tuna!”

Yes, I know, this is the side of me you don’t see often in this blog because I am trying to be wholesome here! Hahahaha!

Anyway, I said that a dozen of times until the program started and the newest campaign of Century Tuna , #100PercentTuna, was introduced which is a campaign to debunk the misconceptions on achieving a perfect physique.

Derek Ramsay indeed was the perfect choice for this new Century Tuna Camapaign as he is the perfect example of someone with 100% percent defined abs, strong, sculptured shoulders, toned arms and legs,(sayang he was well covered up last night) I personally will take his word regarding the right figures to live by in achieving 100% Abs.

He stressed the right figures to live by in achieving 100% Abs or 100% fit body, it is 30% exercise and 70% diet!

“I used to workout a lot, because I thought that was the right way to go. So I workout and workout and workout and then I eat a lot. I eat the wrong kinds of food. So I was doing it wrong. I have never looked this good before,” Derek recalls.

During the program talk with the host Cerah Hernandez, Derek mentioned that he works out 15 minutes everyday, because that is the only time he can a lot knowing his busy schedule. I had a chance to ask what his 15 minute workout was and he was able to share what is included in his 15 minute workout routine and what time of the day he does this in this video below:

After working out he eats right away, and his favorite is Century Tuna Lite which also has the right figures for a healthy diet.
