I admit, I don’t have an exercise regimen and I don’t follow any diet. I sit in front of the computer or television most of the time. Because of that I have fat buildups on my waist, back, and arms and it’s disgusting!
I wanted to enroll on a gym class or a dance class because I am in dire need to be fit. Although some might protest that I am not fat (because I have a tiny frame) I am, I just know what to wear to hide them, or have to be conscious of squeezing my tummy muscles (stomach in chest out thing) so they won’t show. But most of the times I forgot and my bulging belly is so obvious in pictures.
And this photo is just an example of my bulges! Look at the build-up an my mid-section awful!

Anyway, last Friday, I was one of the 55 bloggers invited by Del Monte Fit ‘N Right to be among the first to know and experience the F.I.T. workout or the Fast Interval Training . A four minute workout concocted by Coach Jim Saret, a core training expert and a sports and fitness writer and lecturer, that is intended to burn at least 400 calories or more without having to use heavy exercise equipment.
What’s great about the FIT workout is that you will continue to burn calories even when you’re done with the workout and with the help of Del Monte Fit ‘N Right fruit snacks and drinks you will surely get fit in no time as this product speeds up your metabolism because of its L-Carnitine components.

I don’t have a photo doing the crunches/sit-ups because we didn’t do it. We only did the 2 minute FIT workout sample here so the crunches was not included.
I have to catch my breathe after the sample workout and drink Fit ‘N Right immediately to rehydrate. I can attest to the effectiveness of the workout because my heart rate speed-up like I did a full workout. The next morning I feel my body ache because all my dormant muscles were stretched and used.
I think the best part about the FIT regimen is it doesn’t require too much space , equipment, time, it isn’t costly and the diet is pleasant. Now, I Dare To Be Fit ‘N Right.
I am now on my 3rd day doing the FIT workout and having Del Monte Fit ‘N Right fruit snacks and drinks and I can feel ‘m on my way to getting fit as my muscles are starting to tone down.

Been a Fit and Right lover since it was introduced in the market. It’s only with F&R that I can drink pineapple juice (and get all the benefits) without worrying about my hyperacidity.

That’s the best thing about it! It was really an eye-opening experience seeing how little changes when you do long (boring! lol) exercises. Keeping all those mini-exercises into one 4-minute unit? It gives you more time to do other things, while burning the extra calories, of course!
Thanks so much for sharing your experience on the F.I.T. work-out! I didn’t get to volunteer last Friday, and reading about first-hand experience is really valuable. I’m trying it out on my own, too, to maybe trim the beer belly. :p

I also love Fit N’ Right….but I hope they’ll come up with a different workout aside from sit ups, push ups, body weight lifting…i really can’t do that eh. Sana something like walking, running…yung madali lang, yung kayang isingit sa schedule sa work…kasi i really have a busy schedule.

@ Yami Fit ‘N Right speeds up your metabolism… kaya naman kasi tayo tumataba kasi bumabagal ang ating metabolism…. ang isang magandang example nyan is like when you eat say for example a 400 calorie cake our body can only burn a portion of it and not the whole for couple of hours…. drinking fit ‘n right will speed up our metabolism so ang pagburn ng calories mas mabilis…
have you seen the commercial ni Mojo Jojo look at him sobrang pumayat sya.
@ Sheila 4 minutes lang ang workout routine na ito so you can actually do this fast but I understand for the weight challenged mejo mahirap especially the plank…. but its worth it naman… running or brisk walking will let you burn 300 calories an hour this workout will let you burn 400 calories in 4 minutes!

@ Dee jump ropes is just a cardio exercise and you would need an hour skipping ropes if you want to burn 400 calories. Di naman sya masyadong mahirap sa simula lang then after that parang wala nalang.

Earth, even with those “bulges” as you call them, I would still think you are sexy. (ehem, palibre naman ng fit and right dyan)
Those exercises look easy enough to perform and for only four minutes a day, huh? That’s cool. Good thing I have badminton and I play twice to thrice a week to keep fit too.
Will be buying fit and right for my mom, she plays the Nintendo Wii daily to exercise. She’s pretty good with tennins, golf, and bowling. She is now learning to play baseball. he he he.
I will buy her a box of fit and right for Christmas, I just hope they sell assorted flavors.

I can’t help but comment about your post. It is because I personally can attest to the fact that indeed, fit and right works for me. My lipid -triglycerides and cholesterol (fats) levels decreased and I’m feeling better. I drink at least one bottle after my lunch. An additional benefit too is that it normalizes your bowel movement.
A study was conducted also by a group in my workplace and the results were encouraging.The L-carnitine content do lessen fat levels in the bloodstream.
You’re not “fat” though. You’re sexy. If you’re fat what would people call us – extremely obese? lol.
I don’t exercise but I can’t go without my fit and right bottle for the day.

with all the publicity and hype surrounding this event, this run was utterly disappointing. a complete failure — palm face for fit ‘n right
* 6 am and the start/finish arc was still being constructed.
* the starting gun was overly and needlessly delayed. 10 km runners started nearly 7 o’clock. by the 2nd lap, the sun was already shining so bright.
* the route’s road (esp. near the start/finish line) shouldn’t have let cars park which caused choke points for the runners. and having the generator near the finish line, the runner’s already are huffing and puffing to get decent times then you spray them with diesel fumes — how’s that for healthy.
* water stations were not prepared. runners had prolong their stop to either wait for the water, get the water themselves or look for a cup to get water themselves.
* and by 10km’s 2nd lap — critical stretch and with the sun bathing the runners with heat — the water stations no longer have any water.
* at the finish line, there are also no water for the 10km finishers. there’s a heavy line for the fnr give away but do you really expect tired/dehydrated runners to fight a mob just to have a drink.
hay! and these are just my race related peeves. there are still plenty of failures the event organizers regarding the efficiency of their services. the worst run i’ve ever participated in!

Eating and consuming fat burning food and drinks alone cannot make you fit. Good thing that they are promoting proper exercise. I don’t workout that much but I do some stretching every morning. Goodluck with the program.

4 min work out? cmon, i need to contemplate for at least 20 minutes whether i have to make a single push-up or try a more difficult sit-up! The last complete work-out I had a decade ago was so traumatic as i had to suffer severe body aches for 3 days and 2 nights after less than an hour of exercises. from then on there are only three muscle groups that I exercise: my brain, my tounge and my mini-me! lollllllllllllllllllllllll

Fashionably fit! I am loving the purple ensemble.
I incorporated Fit n Right to my Fitnesse diet too and together with some running and swimming it proved to be good combo. I’m going to try the FIT workout one of these days.

the workout also worked for me, and I can feel yung afterburn…hindi nga lang ako nakakainom ng fit n right araw araw, but I can say effective nga ito.
Now the challenge na lang for me is to not exceed 3000 calories which is equal to 1 pound.

I will have to agree with what the others have said, your outfit rocks! I also love the feather head piece. I think Fit’N Right is too sweet to be really that healthy as they claim, but if it worked for you or others maybe it does, but for a diabetic I don’t think so.

I’m not so keen with Fit ‘N Right because of the L-carnetine ingredient on it it speeds metabolism but also causes palpitations. But the exercise looks promising.

@ Judy I don’t get the palpitations but I learned from a coffee seminar i attended that the palpitations happen when you exceed your limit so if you take too much of the coffee or the l-carnetine which is suited for your BMI then you get the palpitations, if so lessen your intake of stuff that makes you palpitate.

haha 4 minute wearing that fashionable top! I love to sweat and get dirty under the heat of the sun, that’s how I burn calories. The physical activities that cause me amusement must have the elements of dirt, body pain and sweat present for me to enjoy it. Finesse, is still a trait I am trying to acquire. B

That’s an awesome “quick” workout. Have not been doing much exercise myself lately. Maybe its time for me tp get FIT again:) Thumbs up
