Last Thursday, PLDT Home let us experience what their new and improved Telpad can do with an interactive event where we can watch listen and play!
At the listening booth guests were invite to Name that Tune and win a prize. The watch booth is where they show us movie trailers and we should Guess the Movie Title. The Play Zone was a racing game challenge the fastest time wins! All tip scorer from the booths played face-to’face with Dough and Cheska Kramer #TeamKramer!
It was such a fun event demonstrating what the latest PLDT Home Telpad can do. If you didn’t know yet Telpad is the only landline in the country which is ramped’up in speed with its tablet with quad core power that is able to handle multiple tadk at one time. It has better graphics and enhanced functionality for the latest apps: giving way to an enriched multimedia and overall user experience.
The new Telpad units will run on Android 4.1.2 Jellybean operating system. This platform allows applications for watch, listen and play- the new conent pillars of the quad core Telpad.
For music content, PLDT Telpad uses Spinnr (powered by SMART). For Games they got EA Games. Movie content comes from ClickPlay and news content from News5 Everywhere. There’s also Filipino soaps, Asianivelas and Tagalized animes from MyPinoyTV.
Soon, the PLDT Home Telpad will also have educational apps, digital newspapers, magazines and textbooks and onbthe horizon us the adoption to the TelPad of an updated HeyU, PLDT’s Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) service app

For now, gotta be satisfied with having to watch, play and listen with the The Kramers who are now the latest ambassadors of PLDT Home. We should be expecting a commercial from them soon with their adorable kids!
