Ciege Cagalawan was one of the reasons I was able to watch this years Philippine Fashion Week, Thank You!  He is a costume and fashion jewelry designer and I love what he showcased for the Premiere Collection D this year.  And I can’t forget the shoes!  Those shoes look great!
