Well actually Valor Chocolates have been around in the Philippines for a while but it was just this Friday (September 13, 2013) when they gave the brand an official launch here in Manila.  Valor Chocolates is from Spain and it’s really good and affordable chocolates actually surprisingly good chocolates even if it’s sugar free with no artificial or added sugar!
