Don’t laugh, actually I’ve been restraining myself putting up the Christmas decorations. Usually not long ago, I used to put up decorations when the BER months starts (like September!) No kidding! Here in the Philippines that is no big deal as BER months signifies the start of the Christmas season. But well since knowing cultures all over the world, I feel a bit silly putting up decorations as early as September now, so now I vow to pimp up the house after the All Souls Day and All Saints Day (Halloween!).
I really can’t wait! I am so excited! It’s 74 days left! Well 74 days is not that far away really. You can’t do shopping in one day for gifts to family members and loved ones, friends and relatives. You can’t do Christmas feast shopping in just one day too. And you can’t do your personal shopping (you know shop for your outfit for all the parties you have to and will attend!) in one day.
Shopping for all these stuff takes a lot of planning especially now that the times are tougher than before, we should be practical and finding the quality and affordable gifts for the special people in our lives takes time and skill (you know haggling! I am very skilled at that, but that only applies to bazaars and at Divisoria, Quiapo and Baclaran not in malls, or trift shops and garage sales.) When it comes to malls you should be equipped at the dates when they have a SALE! So you can snatch a lovely item at a lower price! Shopping takes skill you know, I don’t know why men can’t understand this!
So, anyway, before it gets busier as the BIG day nears let me all greet you a Happy Holidays! Happy Shopping!

Since it’s already September, you should start your Christmas countdown again. Hehe. I’m also excited to spend Christmas this year. Hope it will be better than last year.
