Yes, you read that right, your comment is equals to a dollar donated to feed and help a campaign to end world hunger and poverty.
Time is running out and so please I invite everyone to go visit Kate’s page (Confessions of A Seeker) who has thought of this generous campaign, her own little generous way to donate to a charitable institution Heifer International.
As she wrote on her blog: “Help me help them by commenting for donations. FOR EVERY COMMENT RECEIVED ON THIS POST THROUGH FRIDAY OCTOBER 17TH, I WILL DONATE $1.00 TO GO TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF A SHEEP. This sheep will provide meat and wool to a needy family to be used for food, wool and as an income source. The cost of one sheep is $120.00. Please help me make this happen!”
Or you can go directly to Heifer.org and purchase a cattle for the hungry and impoverished. Whatever works for you! Heifer International is not affiliated with any specific ministry and their mission of ending world hunger is by gifts of livestock and teaching.
Heifer International’s has an “online catalog” where you can choose a livestock like a flock of geese, a heifer, a water buffalo, a pig, a sheep, a goat, all to be donated to a family who will soon experience a life changing experience
Go to Heifer directly and purchase a livestock or comment on her blog. Either of the two will work (but I strongly recommend you comment on her blog too as a support for someone who wants to do something we should encourage her.) If you are going to purchase yourself the better because that is equals to two livestock already which means two families will not go hungry again!
Please don’t waste anytime and go to her site and comment/donate. Thank you so much everyone! 39 comments there still more needed!
