Sunny Yellow or Lime Green

Last month I went to check out our soon-to-be condominium because I was told by my agent that it will be ready for turn over the next month. I was pleased with what I saw, the unit is almost finished and some final touches are being constructed like the ceiling and the flooring. We were wearing a hard hat while doing the tour though.

It’s a three bedroom two floor unit with all the rooms on the second floor, the dining and the living on the first floor. There are two baths, one upstairs and one downstairs and verandas on both floor. I’m already excited about moving!

I’m already contemplating on what colors will our walls be, sunny yellow and lime green tops my list and my sister and I were joking to have the exterior repainted because we didn’t like the shade of blue they used for the entire building.

I wish the Atlanta Painting was just around the corner to do the estimates for us, how many gallons of paint and how much needed. They do the free estimates you know and also do exterior and interior painting. You don’t have to pay anything until they complete the project which is a tad great deal compared to the local contractors here where you have to buy all the materials and give at least 50% down payment.

Oh well, can you tell? I’m just giddy about moving out! I so love the location, so close to everything I need and want! Close to my daughters school, to my moms favorite TV channel, close to MRT station, malls and gimmick place! Wohooo! No more two hour travel to go anywhere in Manila for me! I’m so excited!
