The 11th National Conference and 1st Southeast Asian Conference on Autism will be held this October with the theme Autism Beyond Borders.
The October 24-25, 2009 that will be held at the SMX will be the International Convention that will discuss among others the UN Convention on the Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities, learning strategies, sensory integration and handling seizure disorders, prmomp for speech production, daily life therapy, residential program among others.

The October 26-27, 2009 that will be held at the Sky Dome are Post-Conference Workshop will benefit teachers and therapist as most focus on protocols and adapting lesson plans for students with ASD and other cognitive , sensory and social differences. It will also cover, Daily Life Therapy®, Behavior Management under Daily Life Therapy® and Teaching Strategies under Daily Life Therapy®.
