Compared to other parts of Canada, Vancouver has the mildest climate. If I remember it right Vancouver also host the most number of Filipino immigrant workers and they also have more rainy days compared to other the rest of Canada.
So I was wondering what activities I can do on a cold damp place like theirs. Well I had some talks with the friendly people at the vancouver chat and here are their recommendations.
