I’ve sent a Yumm Gift Pack Coupon to all my friends in Facebook so they can all join me at this delicious world-breaking event on December 14, 2009 will happen at Araneta Coliseum and you are all invited. It’s a cheesy event aimed to cheesify Filipino dishes.
I’m really not sure how the event will go about but I bet it’s a tasty event that will sure tickle everyone’s imagination and challenge an adventurous palate. How? Well, what do you think of an Adobo with cheese? The event is sponsored by Kraft Eden Cheese so it’s all about being cheesy.
Actually this is what I’ve heard: It will be a showcase of our Filipino food culture in 5,000 dishes as a unique, wonderful and utterly tasty experience. On December 14, we will gather cooking enthusiasts, culinary students, kusineros, chefs and foodies for one battle royale featuring cheese, with Kraft Eden products demonstrating their versatility in various dishes, from the savory to the sweet.
Enhanced with creamy and nutritious buttermilk taste fortified with Lusog-Sigla nutrients, Kraft Eden cheese is the choice for any woman who aspires to show off her flair, creativity and confidence in the kitchen. From simple snacks to sophisticated
If you have love cheese and maybe have one or two recipe wherein you’ve used cheese in it, why not try to share your cheese recipe now and be featured at sarapngbuhay.com . Who knows your recipe might be featured in the event if it’s something very tasty, very Filipino or and very cheesy.
I have my own version of a cheesy meaty lasagna and that’s the recipe I shared at their website. It’s Lasagna ala Earth. I like my lasagna cheesy and meaty and I really do use Kraft eden cheese because it’s so creamy.
Aside from Kraft Eden cheese my recipe includes cream of mushroom and egg. you can read more about my lasagna recipe here.
P.S. if you haven’t got the invite yet just post a message here so I can send you one.
In a country that loves a fiesta, with various culinary traditions from many regions and 7,107 islands, where almost any snack worth enjoying can be improved with the addition of cheese: ensaymada, puto, bibingka, pichi-pichi –coming up with 5,000 dishes should be a piece of, well, cheese.
