Do you have any idea what’s the scariest thing this Halloween?
Its not the horror or ghost stories. Or the spooky Halloween costumes. Its not the vampires, werewolves , witches, devils or zombies either.
Take a closer look!
The scariest thing this Halloween are the treats you give kids!
This monster is made of marshmallows, candies, gummi bears, gummi worms, chocolates and all the sweets we give to children when they go trick or treating!
They are scary because they give nothing more than empty calories and cavities and hampers with our kids appetite, nutrition and growth.
I went trick or treating with my daughter and two other friends at Ayala Alabang to witness the first ever Kraft Tiger Biscuit sponsored Trick or Treating event at the trick or treating capital of the Philippines. There were more than 2,000 kids who participated in this event and we were scattered all over the village finding the Tiger booths too!
The event was in line with the launch of Tiger Biscuits new variant with 9 vitamins and 6 minerals of Enermaxx that offers a healthier
alternative than those sweet candies.
I know kids will protest to this (except those who like Tiger Biscuit) since its a once a year event when they can indulge but then we can begin a new tradition by giving healthier treats to kids than suffer with more undernourished children.

Now that’s a Happy Trick or Treating! 🙂
How about you? How did you celebrate Halloween? Did you kids get lots of Halloween treats?
Stay gorgeous everyone!

@ Bea next year we go trick or treating with costumes 🙂
That’s a really interesting event. My little brother wanted to go trick or treating. *Sigh* Should take him somewhere next year. My sister and I also want to wear costumes. 🙁
