Savvy movie I say. And there will be a fifth installment!
You would know this if you stayed in the theater until all the credits rolled out, there’s a nice teaser in there you don’t wanna miss.
Pirates of the Carbbean: On Stranger Tides will take you to a journey to the fountain of youth. Geoffrey Rush reprises his role as Jack’s rival, Barbossa, who has switched sides, no longer a pirate but a privateer sailing on the orders of the British monarchy. Penelope Cruz co-stars as the fiery daughter of the pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane).
There’s so many new characters to watch out for including Angelica, Black Beard, the Spaniards, the British, the Mermaids, the Zombies and only the most interesting characters from original movie remains, what’s Pirates without Captain Jack Sparrow right?
I love what they did for the fourth installation of the Pirates movie. It gave more focus on Captain Jack Sparrow than any other else. The movie appeared totally fresh and new, there wasn’t too many subplots and complications yet it will keep you glued to your seat because you never want to miss a scene.
Johnny Depp did a real great job and there’s nobody else who can play the role any better than him. He has been playing the role for so long that being completely irreverent, completely subversive, absolutely abstract in all situations appears all natural for him.
The fight scenes are amazing and I love how women plays a relevant role in this movie! I love Angelica’s role as it laid out all the dangerous traits of a woman! I love watching Jack doing his tricks. His face says it all!
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides will be shown in Philippine theaters today, Friday, May 20, 2011, so don’t you miss another swashbuckling adventure now in 3D and is distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures International through Columbia Pictures.!
Stay gorgeous everyone!
