My ‘ Friends With Benefits ‘ Movie Review

Everyone has physical needs, and if you found someone you can agree with to be in a purely physical not strings attached relationship, what could possibly go wrong?

This is the plot of Friends With Benefits but I tell you there’s more to it that you should see.

I’m not the type who subscribe to friends being lovers, or do I subscribe to casual sex. But the movie Friends with Benefits will give you an in-depth look about what’s going on in the male and female psyche when it comes to sex, love and relationships.  Its such a refreshing movie.  I love it!

Watch the movie! Friends With Benefits, is truly is one of the best romance-comedy movie I’ve ever seen in my entire life!  Okay, that was exaggerated but its one of the best yet and its a movie everyone can relate to, adult girls and boys alike.

The movie is timely, the script was flawless, the humor (adult humor) was great, the sexy scenes were whoa and wow! Haha! Its just one of those perfect rom-com movies I’ve seen in a long time.

I had a lot of laugh out loud moments, but there are a lot of scenes that made me cry and sigh and pinched my heart.

I will definitely watch this movie again.  Like 10 times or even more.  I would even demand the man of my life to sit down with me and watch this movie with me, because I’m sure he will thank me for asking him to do so.  Its not only because Mila Kunis was so damn hot in the movie but I bet he can agree with the message the movie imparts.  

Hats off to Justin Timberlake, he is doing great with his acting career.  I love him in this movie as much as I love his singing and dancing back when he was still in the boy band group and even when he was doing his solo (I already saw him in person! yeah!)

I’m so in love with Friends With Benefit, you should watch it.  I forgot if it was an R18 movie or R13 because there were lots of skins and buts and bed scenes.  But I was told it was approved with no cuts.  So everything I saw tonight will be seen in all cinemas! Hooray.

There’s so many quotable quotes!  Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake wardrobe in the movie are admirable!  Flash mobs, head hunters and blogging is also a thing in this movie!  Apple cell phones are very prominent, Sony Vaio laptops and iPad’s too!

Timberlake notes, “Our characters meet each other in that time where they’ve both recently split up from other relationships and we’re both in that headspace where we kind of want to just be single.”

Mila Kunis saw her character Jamie as someone who “believes in true love and believes that Prince Charming is out there and is desperately seeking that.” Jamie doesn’t wear her heart on her sleeve, though. “She’s a typical New Yorker,” laughs Kunis.

With Dylan working hard to establish himself at a new job in a new city and no time to pursue life’s more frivolous aspects, and Kunis’ Jamie meeting too many “nice” guys who turn out to be not-so-nice, the two come to an agreement asserting mutual benefits without the emotional complications of dating. ‘Cause after all, everyone has physical needs, they convince themselves. What could possibly go wrong?

I just love the movie!  WATCH IT!

And guess what!  A special treat to everyone because  Friends With Benefits will have a whole-day sneak previews on Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 19 & 20, in selected theaters in the country!    Regular play date for the movie is on September 28, 2011 as  distributed by Columbia Pictures, local office of Sony Pictures Releasing International.

Its better than Love and Other Drugs or No Strings Attached.  It’s a modern day fairy tale.   Their notion of love, sex and relationship is bothersome but its what’s happening in the real world and I’m sure you will all agree!
