PhFashionWeek Holiday 2012 Show Report: Sony Presents Dimple Lim, Roland Lirio, Odelon Simpao, Jeffery Rogador & Xernan Orticio

The prominent fabrics I saw at the Sony sponsored show at the Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2012 presenting Dimple Lim, Roland Lirio, Odelon Simpao, Jeffery Rogador and Xernan Orticio were metallic detailing, draping, fabric blocking and cut-outs.

My battery drained for the PFW shows because I took a lot of videos and photos during the Ian Somerhalder presscon (so worth it!).   I still have a couple juice from my Tab so I was able to take two shots from the Xernan Orticio show

I can’t help but admire the beautiful tennis-shoe like platforms the models were wearing!
I was surprised to see Sarah Meier on the runway for Dimple Lim

Meanwhile, I was attracted to the prints Roland Lirio showcased particularly this printed black tuxedo!

I love the metallic details on Odelon Simpao designs! No need to accessorize when you wear his pieces!

I would like to wait for Paul to upload the pics he took during the show but I know he is busy and I can no longer wait so I snatched pics from the official photos of the Philippine Fashion Week gallery. Meanwhile, I can’t wait to see who won Sony contest. They lend us cameras to use during the show and we surrendered it right after. They said they will be the ones to upload the photos. I don’t think I took good shots because I was still familiarizing with the camera! Oh well! I hope I got some nice shots because up for grabs are Sony VAIO’s or a piece by one of the designers during the show! Good luck to me!
