The London Fashion Week audience loved it, but personally I’ve seen it here in the Philippines a lot, especially during summer and at our wonderful beach hot spots in the country. Issa London’s Spring 2013 collection was said to be inspired by the Garden of Eden where 70’s glamour, technicolor florals and vibrant floor-lenght gowns ruled the runway. Such outfit that is so summer perfect for jet-setting and island hopping.
They call it exotic, I call it ordinary summer attire, mostly oriental and tropical in design. However, Issa London is a label very popular in the UK with Kate Middleton wearing an elegant navy dress from the label when she announced her engagement in 2010. Pippa Middleton is also a regular wearer of the brand. But the Middleton sibs were nowhere to be seen in the LFW how this year.
I suggest that the Dutches and her sister come to the Philippines and shop for this lovely exotic summer attire!
