Finally, the much awaited collaboration of Shu Uemura with Karl Lagerfeld is here and I am so happy to be one of the first people to have seen it, and experienced all the wonderful makeup goodies that will be out in Shu Uemura stores by October 20, 2012. The event took place at Umu Japanese Restaurant in Dusit Hotel in Makati.

The Karl Lagerfeld collection includes makeup brushes, eyeshadow palettes, lipstick, cleansing oil, UV underbase, eye primer, eyelash curler and falsies that are all adorned with the cute image of the Mon Shu Girl!

I super love the Mon Shu girl, in fact as I write she’s staring at me right now! LOL! My mom was so funny though first time she sees Mon Shu, she said, “What did they do to Dora the Explorer? Why is her eyes so red!” LMAO! My mom is so funny sometimes. The daughter loves Mon Shu she kissed her right away! But I love it more, especially when I can see it in my makeup! Hahaha!I’ll be trying out the nail color later I got the Karl Black, I tried the Red lippies at the event already and I love it!Don’t forget to visit the nearest Shu Uemura store near you on October 20, 2012, the actual release of the products in stores nationwide! Stay gorgeous everyone!
