Upon reaching a certain age, some women turn to cosmetic surgery to keep them looking just as young and fresh as they feel. While breast enhancement surgery, facelifts and tummy tucks may be the right options for some women, however, others prefer to age more naturally and find a good dermatologist.
Kim Cattrall

The Sex and the City actress stays looking younger than her 56 years by sticking to daily workouts (although she admits that she finds it harder to stay fit than she used to) and always drinking at least 8 cups of water a day.
Cindy Crawford

The 46-year-old former supermodel is full of beauty tips, which keep her looking like a woman half her age. She avoids overexposing her skin to the sun and also believes in making a real effort to keep up with her beauty regime. Along with regular waxes, manicures, and pedicures, Cindy told Allure: “I’m also good about getting my hair colored; rich, lustrous hair looks really youthful. I color it every few weeks to cover greys.”
Helen Mirren

The 67-year-old British actress was recently named ‘Body of the Year’ by a fitness chain, but Helen says that she doesn’t have a strict fitness regime, nor is her impressive figure in a bikini down to a breast augmentation. Instead, Helen prizes good posture, tries to keep active but most of all, she embraces her age and concentrates on finding hair styles, cosmetics and clothes which suit her perfectly. The actress is not afraid to experiment, however, as she told the Style Goes Strong website: “You have to make changes to keep it interesting.”
Meryl Streep

Another star who believes in embracing the aging process is the actress Meryl Streep, who doesn’t look anything like her actual age – which believe it or not is 63. The radiant multi Oscar-winning actress only has one beauty tip for aging gracefully – getting a good eight hours of sleep every night.
Iman

Believe it or not, supermodel Iman is 58 years old. The secret to her glowing, wrinkle-free complexion is a strict skincare regime, as she explained to The Oprah Magazine: “For me, skin care rituals are a form of meditation — they keep me balanced. I am kind to my skin. I remove my makeup as soon as I get home and I apply moisturiser.”
It’s great to see that there are plenty of examples of celebrity women who have steered clear of cosmetic surgery in favour of aging gracefully. What’s even better is that many of these ever-youthful looking stars have shared some of their best beauty and lifestyle tips with the world.
Don’t we all wish to age gracefully without having to undergo surgery like them too!
Stay gorgeous everyone!
