Ashton Kutcher delivered the best acceptance speech ever at the Teens Choice Award 2013 this morning (Sunday night in the USA) and I don’t want to miss the opportunity of sharing what he said in case you have missed it.
He talked about what he called his “insider secrets” for having the success he has now. Ashton a.k.a. Cris got the Ultimate Teen Choice Award this year btw.

There are some really amazing things I learned when I was Chris and I wanted to share those things with you guys because I think it helped me be here today. So, it’s really about three things. The first thing is about opportunity. The second thing is about being sexy. The third thing is about living life.
First one is Opportunity. I believe that opportunity is a lot like hard work… I never had a job in my life that I was better at. I was only always lucky to have a job. And every job I had was a stepping stone to my next job I had and I never.I never quit until I got my next job. So opportunity is a lot like work.
Being sexy…The sexiest thing in the entire world is being really smart,and being thoughtful, and being generous. Everything else is crap, I promise you. It’s just crap and people try to sell to you to make you feel like less so don’t buy it. Be smart be thoughtful and be generous.
And this 3rd thing that I just relearned when I was making this movie about Steve Jobs… when you grow up you tend to think that the world is greater than it really is so you submit your life in this world…. but life could be a lot smaller than when you realize that everything around us that we call life are made up by people that are no smarter than you. and you can build your own thing you an build your life that other people can live in. So build a life don’t live one build one. Find your opportunity and always be sexy.

But Harry’s twerk was adorable as well.
The note that says “I never had a job in my life that I was better at. I was only always lucky to have a job” – it seems I was clearly talking to myself. I’ve been in that kind of situation and honestly, I can’t figure out if I had found my way out.
