Today was another historical moment in Philippine history. The first call to protest against the President Nonoy Aquino administration was successfully launched using social media, the million people march #millionpeoplemarch held at the Rizal Park a.k.a. Luneta Park in Manila. A protest calling to abolish the Pork Barrel or the Project Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) also know as #scrappork #notoporkbarrel #ablishporkbarrel protest! Incidentally, our country also celebrates our National Heroes Day. So apt now as everyone became a hero today! Good job people of the Philippines!
However, because I was still nursing a sick daughter I was not able to go to the march/ protest. But to show my support to the million people march, while my daughter takes her rest I made my scrap pork barrel nail art of the day #NOTD!

Sa sobrang pagkadismaya ko sa isyung Pork Barrel at corruption sa ating bansa ay di ko matapos ang aking blogpost, nakakapuyos sa galit. Galit na ang mga Pilipino. Ang pera na aming binayad sa taxes ay hindi para sa sariling bulsa nyo mga tiwaling halal ng bayan, hindi yan pondo ng pamilya nyo. Mahiya naman kayo pagtrabahuan nyo ang ipapakain nyo sa pamilya nyo. Sarap naman ng buhay nyo samantalang kaming mga manggagawa kanda kuba sa pagtratrabaho, Lintyak kasama na kayo sa deduction ko sa opisina e, kulang na lang nakalagay sa deductible ko sa payslip and corruption fund…Grrrr, nakaka gigil..sana naman tanggalin na ang porkbarrel fund, wag lang irename ito, ireporma ang sistema at higit sa lahat dapat managot ang mga magnanakaw na nakaluklok sa pwesto maging ang mga sindikato na tumulong sa kanila para makurakot ang pera nating mga Pilipino.
