#BobbiBrownNoFilter was the hashtag for the Bobbi Brow House of Foundation Secret to Perfect Skin Event held at the Joya Loft Tower at Rockwell Center last Friday. The hastag was a challenge and a statement that Bobbi Brown can prove to everyone especially with the kind of foundation and skin care product they offer.
The event featured Bobbi Brown International Makeup Artist Felix Nguyen and showcased Bobbi Brown’s Best Selling Foundation and Best Performing Skin Foundations which are: 1) Skin Foundation Stick; 2) Extra Bright Powder Compact Foundation SPF25 PA++; 3) Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation SPF15 ; 4( Long Wear Even Finish.
I still do not consider myself a makeup expert and learning tips and tricks from seasoned ones is such an honor! I actually learned a lot from the workshop and shared blow-by-blow accounts at my Instagram account @earthlngorgeous.
They also gave us a glimpse of Bobbi Brown’s new products.

Oh yeah, my foundation shade at Bobbi Brown is Warm Beige , butvthey gave me beige first swatch but my expert beauty blogger friends said beige is too light for me Animetic is beige and she is fair skinned, Shen is Warm Beige and Martha is Honey. I shoulda been Honey I think. Oh well let’s see if this funda I got sits with my skin well.

My friend who is a make up artist said that the secret to the good make up is really the foundation. 🙂 So prolly, I’ll start learning about that before I go play with colors 🙂
I really would love to learn how to apply more make up but my stupid sensitive skin won’t let me and I break out easily, so I have to make sure things I put on my face are hypo allergenic, such a hassle. 😛 But I’d love to try this particular brand and I think maybe I’m a warm beige because I’m super fair skinned so I’d look like a ghost if I choose beige. 😛
I do not know what shade of foundation really suites me.. Too difficult to know, hhaha. I am a morena type, .
