Vita Coco Now in the Philippines

What a way to launch a coco water loved by Hollywood celebrities but to do it at the hottest beach destination in the country – Boracay.

Yes, I attended at press launch in Boracay for Vita Coco, The best-selling coco water brand in the US, is now here in the Philippines.  

Vita Cico is pure coconut juice extracted from young coconuts and packed in resealable cap tetra packs and sold at Php35.00.

 

 

It is a low-calorie and electrolyte-rich beverage that is exclusively distributed by Century Pacific Food Inc. in the country.

According to Jeff Rubenstein, Vita Coco investors include Madonna, Demi Moore, Sarah Jessica Parker, Heidi Klum, Halle Berry, Emma Stone, Jay Z and Beyoncr among many others and is endorsed by Rihanna in the US.  Here in the Philippines they will find a celebrity endorser as well that fits their brand philosophy and target market as well.

 

Vita Coco was founded by Michael Kirban and Ira Liran who stumbled upon an idea of creating a coco water beverage brand whilr in Brazil. They were the first coc water brand in US that started in 2004 and has becone Americas favorite since then.

Vita Coco is available in leading convenience and retail stores in the country.
