The only show I only got to see at the Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2014 season was the SM Woman launch because I went out-of-the-country for a party. I’m glad I was able to see the show because I definitely love the collection they previewed . SM WOMAN is SM Department Stores women’s fashion label under one name.
A closer look at the collection!
NEOPRENE
Capture effortless luxe with lightweight style and uplifting breathability. Mid-length dresses provide a clean, minimalist vibe for strong looks with premium feel.
NEW AGE DIGITAL
It’s time to go off-kilter with skewed imagery and vibrant digitized color. Disrupted contrasts in randomly positioned geometric shapes juxtaposed with spliced patterns create a riveting montage for a variety of occasions.
WINDOW PANE CHECKS
Structure meets style in varying sizes of black and white square geometry. From minute to macro, the trend evokes graphic simplicity that still delivers on impact-full styling from head-to-toe.
ARTISTIC FLORALS
Hand-drawn floral patterns emphasize illustrative techniques in appealing painterly blooms. Artful splashes of color and life bring a vibrant look to party wear with elegant flair.
INDUSTRIAL GRAPHICS
Wearable prints go from sidewalk to silhouette with distressed flair. Swirled marble and granite, grayscale graphics, scratchy patterning, and disrupted checks make up a variety of ways to sport the newest in industrial style.
RESORT
From beach to cabana and beyond, sun denizens can go from sporty and sleek to feminine and flirty. Sheer black mesh coincides perfectly with sun-kissed skin and watercolor prints on light chiffon. Tropical and abstract patterns on robes and loose harem pants will have island goers living a life of fashionable relaxation.
That skirt just calls my name so I brought it home and wore it in KL outfit post to follow!
