Filipino women take whitening seriously and they will try all products to achieve the lighter skin they want. I used to be one of them, but now I love my skin tone. I admit I was a few more shades darker than before, but that I credit to my extreme sun exposure and I was not bothered much about the harmful rays of the sun and it’s effects when you age.
Anyway, I am sure you have heard and seen the commercial about Vaseline Healthy White Instant Fair Visible Fairness Lotion where they claim instant whitening upon 1st application. So I investigated the product when I was sent three of them in all it’s sizes 100ml, 200ml and 300ml.
Vaseline boast this as one of their most revolutionary product yet. A breakthrough product can instantly whiten skin while keeping it fairer upon regular use. It has micro reflectors for instant whitening, Vitamin B3 for long term whitening and triple sunscreens to protect the skin from both UVA and UVB Rays.

- WHITENING EFFECT: I was skeptic at first so I only applied at the back of my hands. I had my sister take the shot and I even asked her if she saw a difference. We both did. My skin got lighter.
- So I tried it on my arms and there. The lightening effect is obvious. Upon first application! Unbelievable but it’s true.
- I still kept my skepticism and thought maybe because the lotion is tinted, thus giving the lightening effect, you know like tinted moisturizers.
- So after application and taking the pic, I washed my arms and hands with soap so as to remove the residue. I still see the obvious difference of lighter skin. At least half shades lighter. You can see the difference.
- Scent is pleasant and consistency is nice. It has light pink color.
Do I recommend it?
Absolutely, especially for women who want visibly lighter skin. This one works I am in surprised! But will get you that superstar fair skin after months of use? I don’t know but I will keep on using the product until I run out of it and maybe give you an update after. See my before and after pics if I did turn snow white or not.

This is amazing, ha! The effect is really visible, especially in the second before and after photo. In fairness mukhang mapapabili ako nito next time I do the groceries. 🙂
