Zumba With Me!

This is my favorite Zumba video. It helped me lose a lot of fat. I do this three times a week from February to April. But stopped doing it for a month coz I lost the DVD. Bummber. But I found someone who uploaded it on the internet (don’t you just love the internet everything is there!) So now I am putting this on my blog so I can access it anytime I want whenever I want when I feel like doing it and to share to my dear readers the exercise I do at home.

This works I swear, it makes you sweat a lot which feels real good after. This one helped stop my backache too. Take it easy at first if you feel its difficult but don’t forget to do the stretching and slowdown before the end of the video. Stretching is good for you so you don’t get injuries and body aches 🙂

Let’s Zumba!
Different exercise routine have different effect on people. Consult your doctor before doing a new exercise routine. Or feel your body if it makes you feel good after doing it then it’s good for you if not then find something else. Personally this Zumba Cardio exercise is a good cardio exercise for me and speeds up my metabolism.
Make sure to have a liter of water while doing this video and drink every interval so you don’t get dehydrated.

  1. You also need to do complete body ponuds instruction to melt away calories from fat all over because in the big scheme of your entire body, your abdominals are little muscles and don’t do a great deal for the metabolism whenever you stimulate them.
