Weekends are best spent with great food and company. This is what I did last weekend when I tried out the special Lee Kum Kee dishes at 121 Grille.
First was a take on the popular sliders but with a twist. Instead of burger buns they used Pandesal and made the dish extra special with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, the Pulled Pork Sliders at Php249.00 a plate with fries on the side. Yumz.
Then the extra hot with a bomb presentation, the Sizzling Kung Fu Wings for Php279.00 a plate, is 121 Grille’s take on sizzling chicken wings with a twist. They used the Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce for the marinade then glazed it with rum to set it on fire adding extra caramelly flavor to the melt-in-you-mouth dish.
