Have you been a victim of identity theft?
What if the person you know you are is not really the you you think you are but a creation of your own imagination? Confusing and scary at the same time, right?
I have been a victim of identity theft.
My birth certificate was used by someone 6 years ago so she can get a passport bearing my name but not my face. I was flabbergasted! I was super glad that I have all my supporting documents that dated back 10 years before I discovered that somebody stole my identity and that there are people working in there who can say that the me I claim to be is really me.
This person was able to leave the country using my name and she went to Japan! This person lives in Cavite and I tell you her face is so far from how I look like. She’s super ugly (without meaning to be mean but she is and you will never ever mistake her from me I swear!) I saw it because my friends from the DFA showed me the passport they issued to someone who claimed to be me. That woman was arrested and jailed for how long I’m not sure.
That is why I am so paranoid when it comes to my real identity (who I am what I do where I live what I do in the past etc. etc.) and I think others should be aware to that they can fall victim anytime. This is also the same reason I highly recommend those who don’t have their passports yet to get one , because who knows an illegal syndicate could have used your clear records all they have to do is get your name and your birth date and they can get your birth certificate at NSO.

Anyway, back to the movie, Liam Neeson did it again. When you think you know what’s going to happen in the movie you’ll be surprised with the incredible twist.
My ‘Unknown’ Movie Synopsis
In the movie he stars as Dr. Martin Harris who went to Berlin, Germany for a Biotechnology Convention with his wife Elizabeth Harris. He was about to deliver a speech in the convention but even before he and her wife was able to check in the hotel, Martin got in an accident and went in a comma for 4 days that changed everything about the life he think he had and he wants to take it back.
The movie stars Liam Neeson, Diane Kruger (Gina), January Jones (Elizabeth), Aidan Quinn, Bruno Ganz, and Frank Langella.
What I think about the movie
I enjoyed how fast the scenes unfold, I was literally at the edge of my seat waiting and hoping for a resolution with what’s been going on . The car chase scene was amazing.
If you enjoy suspense-thriller type of movies, this one is for you. Unknown is showing in all Philippine cinema starting tomorrow, Friday, February 18, 2011.

PML if you like Liam Neeson and liked Taken you should also watch AfterLife! It’s super scary to the max!
Yey, I love Liam Neeson. One of my favorite movies with him as the main actor is TAKEN. So, I will watch this one. Looks very interesting.
