Designed to support users throughout their academic, creative, and everyday journeys, the program strengthens ASUS’ commitment to product quality, reliable warranty protection, and accessible after-sales support—making every ASUS device a smarter long-term investment.
As laptops continue to play a central role in research, collaboration, content creation, and hybrid learning, dependable warranty coverage and service support have become increasingly important when choosing a device. Through the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program, ASUS aims to provide greater peace of mind throughout the ownership experience.

ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service: Trusted Quality, Lasting Protection
Built on ASUS’ reputation for innovation, premium craftsmanship, and US Military Grade durability, the ASUS No. 1 Quality & Service Program combines trusted product quality with enhanced warranty coverage and expanded service benefits.
Starting June 8, 2026, eligible ASUS products sold and activated in the Philippines will enjoy upgraded protection and support, including:
- Up to 3 Years International and Local Warranty Coverage on eligible ASUS flagship laptops
- Local On-Site Service for selected flagship models
- Up to 6X Complimentary Device Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance Services
- Extended Replacement Window from 7 days to 14 days on eligible ASUS devices
Enhanced Warranty Coverage for 2026
Eligible ASUS flagship laptops, including the ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG Gaming Laptop series, will now come with 3-Year International and Local Warranty Coverage.
Meanwhile, ASUS and ROG desktop PCs, as well as ASUS All-in-One (AiO) PCs, will continue to include a 3-Year Local Warranty.
The following product lines will continue to receive 2-Year International and Local Warranty Coverage:
- Vivobook
- Vivobook Go
- ASUS Series
- ASUS Gaming
- TUF Gaming laptops
- ROG Ally gaming handhelds
Eligible ASUS and ROG laptops and handheld gaming devices will also continue to include 1-Year Local Accidental Damage Protection (LADP) under the ASUS Perfect Warranty program, covering accidental customer-induced damage not included under the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
Expanded Service Benefits
Up to 6X Free Device Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance
Customers with eligible ASUS and ROG laptops, desktops, All-in-One PCs, and handheld devices can now enjoy complimentary preventive maintenance services, including professional cleaning and device care, up to six times throughout the warranty period. Customers may redeem up to two service claims per year through participating ASUS Service Centers.
Extended 14-Day Replacement Window
To provide additional peace of mind, ASUS has extended its replacement period from 7 days to 14 days, giving customers more time to address eligible product concerns after purchase.
Local On-Site Service Upgrade
ASUS is also expanding its on-site support services for flagship devices. Owners of eligible ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops can now benefit from on-site service support, minimizing the need to visit a service center.
ASUS and ROG desktop and All-in-One PC users will continue to enjoy the same on-site service benefits.

Global Accessibility, Seamless Mobility
Whether working from home, studying remotely, or traveling abroad, ASUS customers can access ASUS’ extensive global service network for warranty assistance and technical support.
The network includes:
- More than 100 Authorized Service Centers nationwide
- Coverage in 90+ countries worldwide, providing access to parts, labor, and technical assistance through ASUS’ international service network
The 2026 Enhanced Warranty Package will be available on eligible ASUS and ROG products purchased and activated through authorized retailers in the Philippines beginning June 8, 2026.
